I booked the ticket same day of return but on the time they sent me email your train will go morning time . They have not customer support for any technical issues with your account

I ended up with two accounts and wanted to merge them so I could see all my bookings in the app. I tried emailing and received a suggesting that I look at their FAQ.

I tried chatting and calling, but the only options relate to an existing booking issue or make a new booking.

No option to talk to tech support or any human. They suck.

No no one from trip has contacted me I’m still out thousands of pounds

I have proof I was reviewing your company and I was using my own money done what was asked paid a 1000 last night and then today I was told I could withdraw my money over 10,000 and then they said my account froze on the platform and had to pay another 3000 and promised I would get my money and now they are saying I got upgraded and if I dont pay 6138.90 I get nothing but if I do Ill get 19476,98 I took on this job faithfully to earn money legally for trip and Ive been scammed a week before Xmas and I feel like killing myself as I cant get anything for my kids and grandkids Xmas I hope you are happy and you feel good when my family no longer has a father thank you so much and

Senior railcard could not be activated

I could not pay for a journey; I received a code back, but it was not accepted. The card still needs to be activated.

British Rail staff could not help me.

The trip took payment but did not issue my e-ticket, so I had to pay the full fare and am out of pocket £25.00. I don't wish to try again in case it costs me.

For four people, after completing the deal and paying the amount, I received a call from one of your companys employees and he told me that the trip had been canceled due to a technical factor, which was recording incorrect details, and that the company would return the amount that was reserved and paid in this deal. To date, no amount has reached my bank account.
