I had to change my flight dates and paid the extra fees.
Then I found out that the extra baggage fees cannot be transferred to the new flight and they won't be refunded!!!
My flight is 3 months away!
WHY???
It's not a lot of money but it's the principal. I am not going to use that service and the event is 3 months away...again why???
This lack good customer service by you will result in my never using your services again.
I hope you think that this was worth it for you to refuse my $38.00 refund!!!
